How It Works
If you purchase Flowix, install it on your website, and find that it does not meet your expectations, or if you simply decide it's not the right tool for your business, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.
Conditions of Refund
- The refund request must be made within exactly 30 days of the purchase timestamp.
- You must permanently delete and remove the Flowix code (
widget.jsandwidget.cssfiles) from your servers and website before the refund is processed. - We may ask for feedback on why you are refunding so we can improve the product, but providing feedback is never a requirement to receive your money back.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to support@flowix.ai with your order number and the email address used during purchase. Our support team will process your refund within 2-3 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 days for funds to appear back in your bank account depending on your financial institution.
