1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using the Flowix lead qualification chatbot ("Software") from flowix.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Software.

2. License to Use

Flowix is sold as a one-time purchase. Upon payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software on the websites you own or operate, in accordance with these Terms.

• Allowed Usage: You may install and use the Software on your own business websites to capture and qualify leads. Agencies may install the software on their clients' websites, provided they integrate it as part of an ongoing service offering.
• Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Software. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Software. Reselling the raw Flowix files as a standalone product or template is strictly prohibited.

3. Updates and Support

Your one-time purchase includes access to minor updates and bug fixes for your purchased version. Flowix provides standard email support for implementation and technical issues. We reserve the right to offer major new features or versions as separate upgrades, though your current version will remain functional and yours forever.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages or other liability.
